Small enlarging effect, makes eyes look brighter and more awake. Up close, looks like a seamlessly blended black ring around eyes (for dark eyes I still see this distinction) but from a distance, eyes look black. Effective and natural. I would purchase again. Comfortable on my dry eyes too~
