1. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to the destination and selected shipping method.

2. We offer Standard Shipping (7–21 business days via Pantos, USPS, Rincos, and Doora) and Express Shipping (2–5 business days via DHL). Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination.

3. Order processing and shipping are carried out on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding Korean national holidays.

4. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to us and will not be reshipped. All costs associated with the delivery—including round-trip shipping charges—will be deducted from the refund amount.

1. For returns due to a change of mind, all shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

2. If customs fees were charged, the refund amount will be issued after deducting those fees.

3. Refunds may be denied if the product is damaged, opened, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for resale.

4. Please request a return through Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Your request must include your name, order number, and reason for return.

5. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has arrived and been inspected. Please include your order number inside the package to ensure faster processing.
