BEFORE WEARIN

STEP 1. WASH HANDSAlways wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap, rinse carefully and dry before touching your contact lenses.

STEP 2. RINSEPlace 2-3 drops of a fresh solution and rub both sides of the contact lenses. Rinse contact lens with a fresh solution before and after each use.

STEP 3. CHECK THE SHAPE OF CONTACT LENSEnsure the contact lens has not turned inside out. If contact lens is inside out, it will make you feel uncomfortable and will move around when you blink.

HOW TO WEAR

STEP 1. OPEN YOUR EYES WIDELYGently hold your upper eyelid with one finger and carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers.

STEP 2. PLACE YOUR CONTACT LENS ON YOUR EYESToward your eye steadily. Look upward as you place contact lenses on your eye, and slowly release your eyelid.

STEP 3. ADJUST CONTACT LENS POSITIONClose your eye for a moment. Blink several times and look left and right side slowly to adjust the contact lens to the correct position.

HOW TO REMOVE

STEP 1. SLIDE THE CONTACT LENS DOWNLook at the mirror and check the contact lens. Using your index finger slowly slide the contact lens down to the lower white part of your eye.

STEP 2. GENTLY PINCH OUTGently Pinch the contact lens between your thumb and index finger and remove it

ARE MY CONTACTS INSIDE OUT?

If contact lens is inside out, it won’t fit as well on your eye’s surface and will make you feel uncomfortable. Your contact lenses will move around a lot when you blink.

METHOD 1 . SIDE CHECKPlace the contact lens on your fingertip. Look at the shape of the contact. When it is correct, your contact lens will have the shape of a cup. The edges will curve upright. If your contact lens is inside out, it will have the shape of a rimmed bowl.

METHOD 2. TACO TESTPinch the contact lens in half to form a taco shape. If the edge looks like a taco shell, then your contact is facing the correct way. If the shape resembles a soup spoon, it is inside out.

CARING FOR CONTACT LENSES

STEP1. CLEANPlace 2-3 drops of a fresh solution and rub both sides of the contact lenses.

STEP2. STORE YOUR CONTACT LENSESPlace your contact lens into your lens storage case, and fill the case with your solution.
