Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, Korea Standard Time), excluding Korean national holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Korean national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders received before 09:00 KST (GMT+9) will be processed on the same business day, subject to product availability. Orders received after 09:00 KST (GMT+9) will be processed on the following business day.

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume.

In the event that an item becomes temporarily out of stock during order processing, additional preparation time of 3 business days may be required. Should any delay occur, customers will be notified within 5 business days.

Worldwide Shipping

All parcels from OLENS GLOBAL are shipped from Korea. For UPS shipments, orders are shipped from Korea; however, packages may pass through a designated transit country prior to delivery due to international carrier policies and routing procedures.

We ship to almost every country where is covered by international shipping carriers. There are a few countries that we are unable to ship to due to delivery issues and international trade law prohibitions.

We offer both shipping options, Standard - more budget-friendly and Express – faster and door-to- door. (For some countries, either standard or express is not available.)

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping benefits – Free standard on orders over $100 and Free express on orders over $150. You can check the shipping methods, delivery time and shipping cost by country below.

Customs Charges/Taxes

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees which your local authority deems appropriate. Price of the goods on our site are not included these fees. These fees are paid to your local carriers or government and are not collected by OLENS, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, except for the United States. This means that all applicable fees (customs taxes, import duties, VAT, etc.) must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the exact amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office for more information.

If customers do not pay the customs fee and the items are returned to us, we will not be able to process a refund. Since additional shipping and customs fees are charged when the items return to us, issuing a refund is not possible.

For customers in the United States, we ship international orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Effective March 10, a 10% duty/tax will be automatically charged based on the final price after all coupons and promotional codes are applied at checkout.

Tracking Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email and app push notification. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package’s most up-to-date delivery information online. If you are member of OLENS, you can also track the shipment on ‘My order’ after sign-in.

Order Value Limit

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, we limit order to $250 or less including cost of shipping. Customers who wish to purchase more than $250, we recommend you to place two separate orders to avoid customs issues. Please note that we cannot combine separate orders from one customer into one parcel.

Wrong Address

Customers may request an address change only while the order status remains "Payment Completed." Once the order status changes to "Processing," please contact Customer Service immediately with your order number and registered email address. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect or modify the shipping address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the resulting consequences. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you via email. At that time, you may choose one of the following options: Reshipment to the correct address (additional shipping fees will apply), or Refund, excluding the original shipping cost and any applicable customs fees.
